Students of the
Yuri Grigoriev School of Ballet earned many medals at national competitions,
were awarded scholarships to prestigious ballet
academies for summer and year-round programs,
performed with major companies, and embarked on
professional careers in dance.

Indiana Woodward
was invited to perform at the Bolshoi Theater
in Moscow after winning the top prize at Academy's
summer intensive in 2010. She entered the School of American Ballet
in New York City in the fall of 2010 and was promoted to Advanced Level C2
in 2011
Danica Paulos
entered the Alvin
Ailey School in New York City in 2010 on full scholarship and has
been promoted to the highest professional level in 2011.
Amanda De Oliveira
was accepted to the JKO School at ABT on full merit scholarship in 2010.
In 2011, she was offered a professional contract with ABT's Studio Company,
joining them on
a tour of Europe and performing in the ABT
Annual Spring Gala at the Metropolitan Opera.
Alexia Karamitsos-Tziras
was
accepted to the Jacqueline Kennedy Onnasis school at ABT in New York
City in 2009.
Alanna Archibald
entered
the Rudra Bejart School in Lausanne, Switzerland in 2008. After
two years, she was offered a
professional contract with the Bejart Ballet Company and has
performed all over the world.
Jodi Labowe
entered the Tanz Akademie
at the University of Zurich School of the Arts, Switzerland
in 2008.
Lilit Hogtanian performed the role of Clara in the
Los Angeles
Ballet production of the Nutcracker in 2006, 2007 and 2008, and was a demi-soloist
with the Kirov Ballet in their production of the Sleeping Beauty and
La Bayadere.
She earned First Place at the Youth America Grand Prix Regional
competition in 2007, was a semi-finalist at the Los Angeles Spotlight
Awards, and received a special invitation to compete at Prix de
Lausanne. Lilit was featured on the cover of Dance Spirit magazine as one
of the 10 teens to watch, and in 2008, she entered the Princess Grace Academy of Classical
Dance in Monaco.

Sophia Rose Hernandez was a demi-soloist
with the Kirov Ballet in their production of Sleeping Beauty and La
Bayadere. She earned Third Place at the New York Finals of the Youth America Grand Prix competition
in 2005, and Second and Third Place in the YAGP Regional semi-finals
in 2006. In 2007,
she was accepted to the San Francisco Ballet School at the
pre-professional level and has since danced in
several San Francisco Ballet productions.

Elise Miller performed the role of Clara in the
Los Angeles
Ballet production of the Nutcracker in 2006, and was a demi-soloist
with the Kirov Ballet in their production of Sleeping Beauty and La
Bayadere. She earned the Grand Prix at the Youth America Grand Prix
Regional competition in 2005, and was the First Place
winner in 2004 and 2006. Elise became the ABT's National Training Scholar in 2006 and
2007, as well as a recipient of the Bender Foundation Scholar award. In 2007,
she earned a scholarship to the Jaqueline Kennedy Onassis School of
Ballet in New York City where she studied for two years. Upon graduation
in 2010, Elise joined the Tulsa Ballet Company.

Mallory Clark
was the winner of 7
consecutive Youth America Grand Prix Regional competitions, earning
the Hope Award, four gold, two silver, and one bronze medal, and was
also a semi-finalist in
the Los Angeles Music Center Spotlight Awards. She was a demi-soloist
with the Kirov Ballet in their productions of Sleeping Beauty and La Bayadere, and performed the role of
Masha in the Kirov Academy's Nutcracker. In 2006,
Mallory was chosen to dance as a soloist in the "Stars of Tomorrow Meet the
Stars of Today" Youth America Grand Prix Gala and became American Ballet Theatre's National Training Scholar
in 2007. In 2008, she graduated with honors from the Kirov Academy of Ballet of
Washington D.C., where she trained on full merit scholarship for two years.
